About us
Your baker from around the way
Hi this is Trina and Troy of TNT Kookies. I am a self-taught baker who picked up a hobby during the Pandemic. With so much time on my hands and a new mixer I decided to work on the perfect cookie to share. Leaving my job as an educator I decided to give baking a serious go. My husband and I enjoy creating new flavors that we describe as explosive. We know that you'll be blown away.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order!
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your cookies arrive damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tntkookies@gmail.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit if the error is on our end.
2. Allergy Notice
Ingredients are clearly listed on our website. We are not liable for allergic reactions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
3. Late or Missing Orders
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced items.
